Alex has worked as a Reiki practioner for over 15 years. In 2023, Alex furthered his knowledge of bodywork and now specializes in deep tissue massage. Alongside deep tissue, Alex is also trained in Myofascial Release (MFR), Swedish massage, prenatal massage, as well as lymphatic drainage! Alex finds that providing pain relief and relaxation is a strong calling and enjoys it immensely. Alex is not only a Reiki Master and licensed massage therapist, but he also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Certified Life Coach. In his spare time, Alex spends most of his time with his four boys.
