Michele is a Body Worker and Ayurvedic Educator- using many massage and CranioSacral techniques to provide a unique session with her clients. She also offers deeper work using Ayurvedic techniques such as pulse, tongue, face diagnosis, interviews, and bodywork techniques to empower her clients to truly heal.

Plant medicine, Doshic diet recommendations, sense therapies, and lifestyle suggestions are designed following the laws of nature- the true goal being, “...remembering one’s true nature as spirit.”
